4 c. grated pumpkin
2 eggs
4 T. sugar 50 g. melted butter
¼ c. cooking oil
3 c. milk
1 c. plain flour, sifted
2 t. baking powder
½ t salt
3 T. pure arrowroot powder
Cream sugar, butter, cooking oil and eggs together and add in grated pumpkin, milk, flour, baking powder, salt and arrowroot and mix well.
Pour mixture in a well greased rectangular oven proof dish and bake at 150 deg. C for 30-40 minutes or when skewer inserted comes out clean.
